The Process

This outline provides a general foundation for the typical search process realizing each opportunity is unique and will be

adapted to fit our customer’s specific needs.

  • As each search is unique, Fidler and Associates will learn about the group, role and opportunity on an individual basis to develop the ideal candidate profile.

  • Fidler and Associates uses our industry knowledge, network and sourcing efforts to contact a wide variety top talent specifically based on the opportunity.

  • With a complete understanding of the role, Fidler and Associates ensures the initial candidates background, skillsets and personality are qualified to perform the requirements of the opportunity.

  • Fidler and Associates performs multiple interviews and processes for each candidate to ensure we gain proper insight into the candidate’s history, personality and potential overall fit.

  • Initial candidates are submitted to the client and interviews scheduled. These interviews are introductory in nature and help form the base of the process.

  • Fidler and Associates works with the client to adapt and envision the needs of each opportunity based on initial interviews from client and will adapt according to evolving feedback.

  • Fidler and Associates and client will perform secondary and subsequent interviews for each candidate to advance the process to next steps as warranted (varies depending upon client/candidate needs).

  • Fidler and Associates recommends an in-person interview for 2-3 potential final candidates and works with client on the selection of top targeted candidate.

  • Fidler and Associates works with our clients to ensure we are as involved in the negotiating process, serving as a touch point for the candidates as needed while providing insight to our customers to ensure a smooth process.

  • Fidler and Associates assists with the final closing and acceptance of the offer of employment.
